Each person is permitted to hold only one active pgph account. If pgph identifies that a single person has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — pgph reserves the right to merge or suspend all associated accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any promotional balances accrued across those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pgph account credentials. pgph strongly recommends using a unique password not shared with any other service and enabling all available security features, including OTP verification.
pgph will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you receive any such request, do not comply and report it to pgph's support team immediately.
Any activity that occurs on your pgph account while your credentials remain uncompromised is deemed to have been authorized by you. pgph shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
You must keep all account information up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, notify pgph support promptly. Outdated contact information may result in delayed account recovery, missed security alerts, or delayed OTP delivery.
An account is considered inactive if it shows no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pgph may charge an administrative dormancy fee of up to ₱100 per month on inactive account balances after the 12-month threshold. pgph will send a notification to your registered contact information before dormancy fees commence.
pgph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and other supported Philippine payment methods as displayed in the pgph deposit section at the time of transaction. All bets placed on pgph are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game or game category. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. pgph's system records constitute the authoritative record of all bets, game outcomes, and associated transactions.
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified by the user. pgph shall not accept any claim based on a player's error, misunderstanding, or change of mind after a bet has been confirmed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pgph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pgph account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pgph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising out of your use of the pgph platform.
pgph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, security updates, or due to Force Majeure events. pgph shall not be liable for any losses or missed betting opportunities arising from such interruptions.
pgph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, if pgph has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations. On termination for cause, any remaining balance after deduction of disputed or at-risk amounts may be withheld pending investigation.
You may close your pgph account at any time by contacting pgph support. Before closing your account, ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed and that all applicable wagering requirements on accepted bonuses have been addressed. pgph is not obligated to credit unmet bonus balances upon voluntary account closure.
Upon termination of your account, your license to use the pgph platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in force, including but not limited to Sections 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Disputes & Governing Law).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute not resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
